Visual Inspirations delivered the City of Sydney Christmas Program across multiple high-profile public locations throughout the Sydney LGA. Over the five-year contract, the program expanded significantly, growing into a large-scale multi-site civic installation that required careful coordination, engineering oversight and reliable delivery in some of the city’s busiest public environments.

The Challenge

Delivering a large-scale Christmas program across one of Australia’s busiest public domains

The City of Sydney needed a delivery partner capable of designing and implementing a decorative program that aligned with the city’s brand while performing safely and effectively across live public spaces.

The work involved multiple CBD and metropolitan locations, strict engineering and WHS requirements, integrated digital lighting and sound elements, and fixed seasonal deadlines that left no room for error.
